The handshake as confirmation of the agreement
Scanwood Denmark
The company was founded in 1919, but it interrupted its business several times, only to rebuild it ... In 1999, on the 80th anniversary of its founding, it took off again, growing in design solutions and sales results ... the decision from 2019, on the centenary of its founding ... that Scanwood will stop working and go down in history surprised all of us. It will be remembered for a large number of original, very nicely designed and usable products, under the motto "Designed in Denmark, Made by nature". Products with the Scanwood logo are present and appreciated in the EU, Japan, China, New Zealand, Singapore ... We were pleased and honored to work with them for several years. It was a nice experience for them as well as for us.

Kisag Switzerland
For precisely this reason Kisag succeeded in setting new trends with ingenuity and pioneering achievements. Some worth mentioning are, amongst others, pressure cookers with a pressure control valve patented since the early 50s, frying pans with built-in thermometer, the patented Kisag-Whipper for the production of whipped cream with a charger system developed by Kisag, or a patented gas burner for rechauds. From the initial metal foundry, the production was adjusted as part of new developments. Alongside metalworking, plastics processing was developed in connection with expanding the product range in the area of kitchen gadgets. Due to these depths of production and as manufacturer, Kisag ensures the quality of their products at an interesting price-performance ratio. The family business is now run by a second generation representative Urs Brüngger, exports goods to around 20 countries and also produces for well-known other brands as an OEM.
Since 1945 Kisag in Bellach near Solothurn (Switzerland) has produced kitchen equipment and appliances for gastronomy. Technologies in this field were still in their infancy at that time.

Makeitwithwords - Dublin, Ireland
We started making products with words over 12 years ago. The business was founded by husband and wife team Joe Jennings and Amelia Mantero – Joe’s background in Graphic Design and Amelia’s experience in retail was the ideal combination when they were trying to find truly unique Personalised gifts for Christenings and baby gifts for friends. After getting inspiration from vintage toys and more contemporary art they came up with the ABC frame – hand-pressed Minature ABC blocks spelling out the child’s name with a personal engraved message. The first one was a huge hit and instantly orders started to come in from friends and family.
In 2014 Joe and Amelia decided to go into business full time and have introduced more innovative products that customers can personalize for their special occasions. Most of our products contain a typographical or design element that customers can change to make it special for them.
We are proud members of the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland and all products are made with care and attention in our Dublin workshop.
